Notes

Weigh Your Ingredients. While I do share the volume measurements, I always will recommend a kitchen scale.
Room Temperature Ingredients. Make sure to have the butter and eggs at room temperature before beginning. This helps ensure they all mix in well.
Sprinkles. I recommend using sprinkle jimmies (little rods) for the sprinkles that are mixed in with the dough.
Make this a chocolate sprinkle cookie by substituting the white chocolate chips for semi-sweet chocolate chips, and the golden Oreos for chocolate Oreos.
make them mini sprinkle cookies by scooping 1 tablespoon of batter vs. 2. The bake time might vary so keep an eye on them!
